Process to be Followed by Walk Leaders

 

1.  Walkleader approaches Peggy with a proposal for a walk who uploads walk into walk finder.  

2) Walk Leader download risk assessment form  in word format ( useful if you want to edit the document on your computer) or in pdf format  ( useful of you want to print it and write your changes on the pronted version). Make your adjustments as required. The risk assessment should already cover all risks for a normal walk. 

3) After the walk the walk leader emails or gives the risk assessment to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. These risk assessments must be kept for a year.

4) The Walk Leader must keep the track and trace information for 21 days after the walk. It must then be destroyed.
